Thai Massage
Relax as your therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move your body into a series of yoga-like stretches.  Many People say that Thai Massage is like yoga without the work.  It is both relaxing and energizing.

Sports Massage
Need something to improve the performance of your body?  With this technique, your therapist will either prepare your body for an event, or help rehabilitate it after an injury.  This technique can both break up scar tissue and increase mobility and flexibility.

Trigger Point Therapy
Get areas of pain relieved and mobility increased with this pressure-point technique.  This method deals with specific areas rather than the whole body.  It can be intense and can create some great results.

Structural Integration
Do areas of your body feel chronically tight or stressed?  This technique helps remold the tissue to reestablish proper alignment of the body and function of the muscles.

Swedish Massage
Traditionally, this is the most relaxing technique.  Enjoy as you have your whole body pampered with a series of long flowing strokes that are sure to leave you in a state of tranquility.

Prenatal Massage
If you are pregnant, you probably need a massage more than anyone!  Our pregnancy mats used in this massage are especially designed for the contours of a pregnant woman’s body.  No matter how far along you are, enjoy comfortably laying on your belly and having your body relieved from tension.

Fijian Massage*
Are you a fan of deep massage?  Have your therapist use his or her feet to perform the massage!  It can be done over the clothes or on bare skin.  It can give you a very deep massage that can otherwise be difficult to achieve using the hands and arms only.

Ashiatsu Bar Therapy*
This technique combines Swedish, Myofascial, and Sustained Compression massage that is applied to the body with the therapist’s feet.  Here, the feet glide over your body with deep pressure.  It is a more affective application of Deep Tissue Massage.

Hot Stone Therapy*
Enjoy a rejuvenating massage performed with hot stones.  Whether you want deep pressure or light, Hot Stone massage is just the thing for you.  Done as a couple’s massage, this is very romantic!

Crainal Sacral or Energy Work
This gentle technique focuses on the bones of the head and spine to free up the flow of cerebral spinal fluid and encourage health of the nervous system.  Also effective with whiplash, TMJ, tinnitus, and emotional release.

Massage Etiquette

Arrival
Please arrive at least 10—15 minutes early to get yourself acclimated to the environment and fill out the Client Record if necessary.  Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.  The regular fee will remain the same.

Quiet Zone
Please speak softly throughout the building.  For the comfort of all our clients, please turn off cell phones and pagers.

Cancellations
If you must cancel, please honor our 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy.  Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates for all of our services in any increment.

Groups & couples
We offer services for companies, groups and couples.  We specialize in on-site chair massage for your company or event.

Appointment times
We do recommend that you always reserve your next appointment prior to leaving.  This will guarantee the availability of your desired times.

Prices:
$45/hour for all Massage Techniques except our Specialty Massages - Thai, Ashiatsu, Structural Integration, Cranial, and Aroma Therapy which are $75/hour. Hot Stone Massage is $65/hour and our Couples Massage, booked in the same room, start at $100/hour.
